SCHUNK KONTEC KSC3 centric clamping vises are manual direct clamping devices. The drive is provided by a spindle protected within a completely closed system. The force builds up directly without a force amplifier and is linear. Both jaws open or close synchronously. The adjustable center with ball bearing is pre-loaded and free from play. The clamping force depends on the torque.
